- Same day where we can, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot. During a big storm we prioritise anything blocking access or touching a building.
- Will my insurance cover it?
- Usually, for storm damage. We photograph everything before and after and give you a written note of what was done.
- What if it is touching power lines?
- Call the network operator first, not us. We will not go near live conductors until they have made it dead.
