Development plots, field margins, farm tracks, estate policies that have not been touched in twenty years. Everything is chipped on site where we can and taken away where we cannot, so you get a clear site rather than a heap to deal with later.
Nesting bird checks come first between March and August. It is an offence to disturb an active nest and no deadline is worth prosecution — if there is a nest, that section waits.

- Can you work to a build programme?
- Yes — tell us the date you need the ground handed over and we will work back from it.
- What about protected species?
- Nesting birds, bats and badgers all have legal protection. We check first and stop if we find anything.
- Do you take the waste away?
- Chipped on site by default. Removal from site is quoted separately if there is nowhere to leave it.
